This 1.5 hour live on-line course will help to define what conflict is and how it presents in both professional and personal situations. One of the biggest challenges when it comes to managing conflict is understanding how you behave when in the midst of difficult situations. Having an understanding of your most common reactions will help you improve your ability to handle conflict and then learn the skills necessary to manage conflict effectively and efficiently.
