Beth Sarfaty, PT, MBA

Beth is a graduate from Northeastern University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy, and was awarded her MBA with a concentration in healthcare management from Regis University. Licensed in both NJ and NY, Beth is Vice President of Rehabilitation in the Critical Illness Recovery Hospital Division of Select Medical. Throughout the years working in healthcare, Beth has observed a wonderful shift where clinicians are no longer expected to only understand how to treat patients, but also understand the importance of how promoting one’s ethical behavior is the foundation of how we effectively treat and interact with our patients, their families and our co-workers and peers.

Understanding one’s behavior in formal and informal leadership roles is also one of Beth’s most coveted interests, as she looks to share what she has learned with other healthcare professionals across the continuum of patient care.

Beth has been teaching ethics courses as well as facilitating leadership workshops throughout the country, for the last 10 years. She has also been serving on the NJ State Board of Physical Therapy Examiners since Jan 2012.
