Beth Sarfaty, PT, MBA
A graduate of Northeastern University with a BS in Physical Therapy and a MBA with a concentration of healthcare management from Regis University, Beth has had the fortune of working in multiple practice settings and assuming different levels of leadership roles which has helped to shape her into the authentic and transformational leader she has become today. She has been on the NJ State Board of Physical Therapy Examiners since Jan 2012 and is a member of APTA’s Academy of Leadership and Innovation where she is on LAMP faculty and involved with curriculum development. Beth has been teaching ethics and facilitating leadership workshops throughout the country for the last several years. She always appreciates the opportunity to encourage meaningful conversations with healthcare practitioners about the necessary components of ethical practice and moral resilience.
